Storytelling with toys!

Miniatures, still life, and storytelling!

With all the buzz about the new Covid-19 vaccine, I was inspired to create a scene depicting the enthusiastic response to the vaccine amidst the pandemic craziness. Here in New York State, Phase 1B is already lining up and rolling up their sleeves with the hope that this is the first step to combat the pandemic. Using miniatures and objects from around the house, I set up these toys, making sure to “mask” each individual. Cheering while on line, the mood is palpable!
